The centre, based at Cipto Mangunkusumo hospital in Jakarta, opened in June 2010. Founded by International Skills and Training Institute in Health (ISTIH) and Clinical Training and Education Centre (CTEC), the centre offers excellent of the latest medical practice and contributing the outcomes of healthcare and providing training resources in emergency and disaster management.
